Humble Pie Chart

It’s good to see people keeping a sense of humour about the financial crisis. It makes sense to do so because, as the old saying goes, if you don’t laugh you’ll cry.

I came across a site called Bubblewrapped a couple of days ago. It’s very funny. Well, it made me laugh anyway.

I liked the Creditability Ratings and the Futures Exchange but best of all is the Humble Pie Chart in which the predictions and pronouncements of politicians and pundits are thrown back in their faces.

One obvious name missing from the Humble Pie Chart is MEP Daniel Hannan, the Conservative Party’s new star of the interweb. As one sharp eyed blogger noted, in 2004 Mr Hannan told us Britain ought to be more like Iceland. What a great idea that would have been, eh?
